LCLD's Group Mentoring Program (GMP) provides diverse 1L Mentees and, as invited guests, 2L and 3L students, with the opportunity to receive advice and support from successful attorneys representing LCLD Member organizations.
GMP events are designed to provide guidance in an informal, interactive, and collegial setting. Many GMP events include attorney Mentors in a networking session and a panel presentation or roundtable discussion. These presentations cover a variety of topics including networking and relationship-building, interviewing skills, professionalism, practice area choice, and attorney evaluation.
