Mission: I lead LCLD by shaping long-term goals, steering meetings with the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, engaging directly with LCLD Members, and guiding the organization’s staff and financials.

Superpower: Robert is LCLD’s visionary. His passion for uplifting diverse attorneys and his record of trailblazing leadership drive LCLD’s pursuit of affecting systemic change.

Mission: I manage the daily operations of LCLD, with a special focus on the recruitment, retention, and development of LCLD Members.

Superpower: Jenn is LCLD’s unwavering navigator. The team’s go-to for guidance and motivation, her leadership fosters a fundamental culture of care and growth throughout the organization.

Mission: Under the Leaders at the Front umbrella, I manage programs and initiatives for Managing Partners and General Counsel of LCLD’s Member organizations.

Mission: I manage the 1L LCLD Scholars Program and the Success in Law School Mentoring Program, designed for diverse first-year law students.
