Bonnie Lau is a member of Dentons' Litigation and Arbitration, Competition and Antitrust, and Intellectual Property and Technology practices. She is an experienced class action litigator focusing on antitrust, unfair competition, data privacy, intellectual property, RICO, insurance, and complex commercial disputes. Bonnie has successfully litigated dozens of class actions, multi-district litigations and enforcement actions in federal and state trial and appeals courts across the country, and managed parallel international class actions and foreign regulatory actions. She has also successfully handled bench and jury trials, class certification hearings, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings, and argued matters before the Second and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. She has received the Rising Star Award from Northern California Super Lawyers each year from 2013 to 2017.
