Registration & Hotel Reservations

Program Registration:

Please register each 1L Scholar here, by Friday, May 8, 2020.

Hotel Reservations:

Please complete both steps below:

1. Reserve rooms for each of your 1L Scholars at The Westin Peachtree Plaza. LCLD's hotel reservation group rate is available through Friday, May 8, 2020, or until the room block is full—whichever comes first. Reservations made after May 8 or outside of the room block dates will be subject to the hotel’s availability and current market rate. NOTE: Cancellation is 72 hours prior to arrival.

2. Fill out a credit card authorization form for your Scholars' reservations. To do so, please email Nicole Moore at with the subject line, "LCLD Credit Card Authorization," to request the link to submit the credit card authorization form securely online. You will need the names on the reservation(s) as well as the reservation confirmation number(s). Once the form is submitted, the hotel will receive a notification, process the card, and send a receipt. You may only request a credit card authorization form via email once you have made a reservation online.

For questions about hotel reservations, please contact Stella Askin, LCLD Events Manager. For questions about the meeting or the 1L LCLD Scholars Program, please contact Nancy Richardson, Program Manager.
