Thomas Cole is Managing Partner of Pepper Hamilton and has served as Vice Chair of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Associates Committee. He writes and speaks frequently on matters relating to labor and employment.

Diversity at Pepper Hamilton includes a Partner in Charge of Diversity, a mentoring program for all associates of color, and several affinity groups. The firm has been recognized by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, the Women in Law Empowerment Forum, and the Human Rights Campaign.
