Previously, he served as Chief IP Officer at Volvo Car Corporation and CEO of Volvo Cars Ventures. Outside of the office, Ray is also a lecturer and published author, has served on many boards of directors, and is involved in several organizations that promote cultural expression and the arts

Harness IP's Diversity & Inclusion Committee seeks out opportunities to attract diverse talent to the firm and promote a supportive environment within it.
