Firm's Chair, Snell & Wilmer LLP

Matthew Feeney was named Chairman of Snell & Wilmer LLP in 2015 after 32 years with the firm. He is an award-winning M&A lawyer, and in the 1980s he helped develop a formal pro bono policy for Snell & Wilmer. Matthew is a Founding Board Member of St. Joseph the Worker, an organization that provides job development services to the disadvantaged, among other civic activities.
Snell & Wilmer’s diversity efforts include a diversity legal writing internship program, a pipeline initiative, mentoring opportunities, and a program for women in leadership. The firm also partners with many diversity organizations and received the Best Practice Award for Diversity and Inclusion from Attorney at Law magazine.
