Kyle Mansfield is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Foley & Mansfield, a national law firm with more than 140 attorneys in 16 offices across the country. Under his leadership, Foley & Mansfield has embraced diversity and inclusion and made it a part of the firm’s culture, and is committed to weaving the themes of diversity and inclusion into the fabric of the firm including through professional development, recruitment, and retention. Kyle is an active member of the Firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and works hand-in-hand with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion to ensure that every member of the Firm can bring their whole self to work and to serve the Firm’s clients to the best of our ability through inclusiveness, innovation, and teamwork.
Beyond his dedication to professional excellence and meeting the needs of Foley & Mansfield’s clients, Kyle strongly believes in meeting needs through community service and charitable contributions. He founded Foley & Mansfield’s Pro Bono Practice Group 2003 and the F&M Charitable Foundation and has enlisted a partner to oversee the programs full-time.
Diversity initiatives at Foley & Mansfield include a mentoring program, outreach to diverse law students, and Mansfield 2.0 certification. Foley & Mansfield was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2022.
