Donald Prophete handles employment disputes and advises sports franchises on employment litigation. He was named one of the 2015 Most Influential Black Lawyers in the Country by SAVOY Magazine. In 2008, he was appointed Chairman of the Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. 

Constangy’s history of inclusion began in the 1940s, when the firm hired one of the few female attorneys practicing in the country. Constangy received the Exceptional Service Award from the Georgia State Bar’s Diversity Program for promoting an inclusive workplace.
