I started my career in consumer banking. I graduated from Bank of America (legacy MBNA)'s Management Development Program, managing teams in customer-focused call center environments like Customer Service, Credit, Collections, and Telesales before spending two years in direct mail marketing. Then I worked for Wells Fargo Bank at the branch level, serving consumer and business clients.
Because of this background in consumer banking, my primary practice is in consumer financial services litigation and regulatory compliance. I advise medium and small banks and their vendors on compliance with federal consumer protection statutes like Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Outside of my legal practice, my loving spouse and I have two young sons - a 4.5 year old and a 1 year old.
