The agenda included TED talks by select Alumni, a keynote by acclaimed "Just Mercy" author Bryan Stevenson, and presentation of the second annual Rick Palmore Fellows Alumni Award to Yvette Gatling and Kamran Khan.

Meet Andrew Charles Cooper

Raised in a single-wide trailer in rural South Carolina, 2016 Fellow Andrew Charles Cooper is now Corporate Counsel at UPS and committed to giving back to underserved communities. He has served on the Board of Directors of Artistic Advocates for Healing, a nonprofit dedicated to raising money for abused children, and regularly contributes as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children.
