I practice environmental litigation and more recently, insurance recovery/coverage work and environmental white collar issues at my firm. To try to keep my mind and health balanced and fit, I attempt to exercise 5-7 days/week. In previous years, I trained for triathlons of all differing lengths (my favorite being Escape from Alcatraz), and participated in CrossFit competitions. As a result of some recent injuries, I am currently focusing on more yoga and strength-based cardio workouts to stay healthy and strong. I love anything to do with the outdoors (hiking, biking, swimming, running, walking, surfing, etc), and the more challenging it is the better. I believe that a healthy body equals a healthy mind, which makes not only for a happier, healthier (and sharper) attorney but for a happier and healthier person generally.
