Natasha is Senior Vice President, Enterprise Growth & Partnerships Counsel at Mastercard and is based in Purchase, New York.
Natasha is responsible for leading the team dedicated to delivering strategic and legal guidance and the structural frameworks for Enterprise Partnerships – a global team dedicated to commercializing new areas for Mastercard’s technology and network, and partnering with enterprise level companies to address these unique opportunities.
Natasha has held various significant roles at Mastercard, including as a member of Mastercard’s Strategic Transactions Group where she partnered with Mastercard’s Mergers & Acquisitions team to help ensure the identification and execution of inorganic growth opportunities for Mastercard. Natasha was also Mastercard Labs' first counsel as it embarked on its mission to improve visibility and direct relationships with early-stage start-ups. She also served as Senior Counsel for U.S. Markets, providing legal and transactional support for Mastercard's core business and executing the region's largest deals with financial institutions and merchant partners. During her tenure at Mastercard, Natasha has received the CEO Award and CFO Award.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Natasha was an associate with the New York City law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where she advised clients on a broad array of general corporate and M&A matters, including, diverse, multi-national partnership and acquisition agreements. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. She serves on the Executive Board of the New Leadership Board of the Legal Aid Society and is co-chair of Mastercard’s Law Community Service Committee.
Natasha enjoys trail running, heli-skiing, and making chicken 100 ways. She has three children ages 6, 4 and 2 and two very large Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
