Hesh Parlikad focuses his practice on client counseling and litigation involving corporate securities, asset-backed securities, derivatives, and other complex financial products such as credit default swaps and collateral debt obligations. He also has in-depth experience dealing with cross-border issues arising from claims based on the U.S. securities laws against foreign issuers. In this regard, he advised Tech Mahindra on the U.S. securities laws that were implicated in its successful acquisition of India-based and NYSE-listed Satyam Computer Services in 2009. Since then, he has advised Mahindra Satyam in various securities and investor cases in the United States and England and has helped it successfully resolve much of the world-wide investor claims it faced. Hesh also frequently counsels clients on diverse cross-border legal issues involving India.
