Jennifer Munoz is Director and Assistant General Counsel providing legal support to M&A financial advisory and Latin America bank finance. Jennifer is based in New York and has been with Bank of America Merrill Lynch since 2014. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Jennifer was Counsel at the trading company, Mitsubishi Corporation, and worked in private practice with the law firms Linklaters LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and London on various corporate transactions including debt and equity issuances, financing and merger and acquisition transactions.
Jennifer is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association, currently serving on the Inter-American Affairs Committee. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the bank’s NY Chapter of the Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership & Advancement (HOLA), is a member of the Legal department's Pro Bono Committee and the Diversity & Inclusion Business Council. Jennifer was a 2016 recipient of Bank of America's Global Diversity and Inclusion Award for her work as NY chapter chair of HOLA. Jennifer holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review, and a B.B.A. from Pace University.
Jennifer currently resides in Garden City, N.Y., where she lives with her NYC firefighter husband and her two children. Jennifer enjoys baking with her kids, playing the piano and running.
