Bina is an environmental litigator and regulatory counselor in the Washington, DC office of Beveridge & Diamond PC. She represents clients, including Fortune 50 companies, in cases involving federal environmental laws such as the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, the Clean Water Act, and the Safe Drinking Water Act. Her experience includes litigating constitutional claims, toxic tort and product liability claims, and putative class actions. A substantial protion of Bina's practice is devoted to representing major municipalities in environmental and toxic tort litigation. Bina's regulatory practice includes advising clients under a range of environmental laws and on multi-jurisdictional product compliance regulatory matters.
