For 26 years, Patrick Quinn has worked at Cadwalader and been a part of the firm's diversity efforts. He is Chair of Cadwalader's Global Diversity Committee and leads the firm's involvement in the Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative, which focuses on diverse talent. Patrick is also a leader in the firm's pro bono work and serves on the Hiring Committee. 

The Cadwalader Center for Diversity and Inclusion oversees initiatives like diversity programming, talent management, affinity groups, the Women’s Leadership Initiative, and a variety of partnerships with diversity organizations. Cadwalader also have several pipeline initiatives that reach students as early as middle school and provide a variety of opportunities for diverse students. The firm has received multiple diversity awards, including recognition as the Advocate Law Firm of the Year by the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee.
