Fellows Events and Opportunities

LCLD Fellows and Alumni visited The Clorox Company earlier this month for the second meeting of the Bay Area Sustainable Partnership Program.

Click here to learn more about the many ways Fellows Alumni came together in 2019 to support each other.

Learning how to navigate your organization can be stressful—it’s not always clear who to connect with or how to position yourself for success. What do you wish you had known about navigating the legal workplace that you had to learn the hard way? How do you identify and connect with people who will bring you more complex work or who have greater power within your organization? How do you explore a different practice area or other roles within your organization? What advice would you give to a young attorney who can’t quite seem to find where they “fit” within the organization? If you have any tips on these topics, please send them to Caitlin Puffenberger at cpuffenberger@lcldnet.com for inclusion in a feature for the LCLD Pathfinders and Pathfinder Alumni.

The 2019 "All In!" Campaign for LCLD Alumni contributions is underway! The campaign helps fund regional Alumni events, Alumni initiatives, and a portion of the Leadership Symposium. The All In! campaign is open to all LCLD Alumni, and will include 2019 Fellows immediately after their third and final Fellows meeting in Miami. Click here to make your contribution today. For questions, please contact LCLD Alumni Treasurer Robin Nunn at robin.nunn@dechert.com or LCLD Alumni Programs Manager Erin Hess at ehess@lcldnet.com. If paying by check, please send $125, made payable to LCLD, with memo All In! (list Fellow or Pathfinder) Class of (list Class Year) to: Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, Attn: Erin Hess & Kate Knerr, P.O. Box 1656, Richmond, VA 23218.

The Outreach Committee is excited to announce a new partnership with The Posse Foundation.
