These directories include enhancements that were requested by many of you in discussions with LCLD staff over the past several years. They are more secure, more private, easier to update, easier to search, more firmly under your control, and more detailed in presenting vital information such as Practice Areas that can help you refer business to one another.
The most obvious change you'll see is that your Directory is now password-protected, meaning that you'll need to create an LCLD account in order to update your existing Profile and access the personalized data contained in other Fellows' and Pathfinders' Profiles. You'll also need to choose from a large menu of Practice Areas for display in the new directory, as the previous list is now obsolete.
Setting up an LCLD account is a simple, step-by-step process that only takes a few minutes to complete. The panels below explain those steps in sequence, as does the PDF version, available for download at the bottom of the page.
If you need help, see the FAQ and HELP desk emails referenced below.
If you experience difficulties creating an account, claiming your Profile, or executing the steps above, please contact our HELP desk using the email addresses below (use "HELP" in the subject field).
Frequently Asked Questions
Will the Directories still work during the transition period?
Yes, both the Fellows and Pathfinder directories will continue to work as before, with this caveat: You won't be able to update your Profile page, or see the full Profiles of other Fellows or Pathfinders, without claiming your Profile and setting up your own account and password.
If I already have a photograph on my Profile page, will I have to upload another one to my upgraded Profile?
No, the photograph should automatically appear in your new Profile. If it doesn't, let us know at the HELP desk email addresses above.
I clicked "Claim This Profile" but didn't receive an email from LCLD.
This means that either the email has gotten caught in your spam folder, or that we have an outdated email on file for you. Just send a note to the HELP desk via the email addresses above.
I forgot my password.
No problem. Just click "Forgot your password?" on the LOGIN page and you will be redirected to a password recovery page.
I'm trying to update my information from a mobile device, and some steps seem different.

Is the new Directory searchable for keywords or phrases?
Yes, it is.
Can I download the results of a Directory search?
Absolutely. You'll find a "Download CSV" link at the top of your search results page.
