Registration is now open for the 2016 class of LCLD Pathfinders. Launched in 2015, the LCLD Pathfinder Program finishes LCLD's talent-to-leaders trajectory by providing leadership training to diverse, high-potential attorneys, early in their careers. The program is designed for law firm associates with three-to-five years of experience, or in-house counsel with up to three years of in-house practice experience (and no more than eight total years of practice experience).

“That is a population of lawyers where you have some fairly high attrition,” said Greg Jordan, General Counsel of PNC Financial Services Group, who was instrumental in the creation of the program. “We’ve looked at this Pathfinder Program as an effort to try to deal with that gap.”

The program includes in-person meetings, online learning experiences, and peer networking, and is designed to develop associates’ professional networks, leadership skills, and understanding of career development strategies. Learn more about the program here.
