Please note: Leadership Lunches and Learning experiences will be publicized via the Fellows Weekly announcements. At that point, 2014 Fellows who have not met the two-lunch requirement will be given priority to attend lunches, with any open spaces available for 2011, 2012 and 2013 Fellows, or 2014 Fellows who have already attended two lunches. GENERAL MILLS LEARNING EXPERIENCE - April 24-25th
We are excited to announce the upcoming Fellows Learning Experience hosted by General Mills in Minneapolis, MN on Friday, April 25th. The event will begin with a Welcome Dinner on Thursday, April 24th. Registration is based on a first-come, first-serve RSVP response with priority for the 2014 Fellows. If you're interested in attending, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Information including the agenda, hotel information, welcome dinner details, and transportation will be sent out under separate email for those Fellows attending the event.
LEADERSHIP LUNCH - WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 7th
The April 7th Leadership Lunch in Washington, D.C. hosted by Brad Lerman, General Counsel of Fannie Mae, and Ben Wilson, Managing Partner of Beveridge & Diamond, is open for registration. Please e-mail email@example.com to register for the event.

LCLD is looking for 1-2 Corporate LCLD Fellows to speak at the 2014 1L LCLD Scholars Summit in Dallas, TX on June 6th. The session will cover:
The Secrets to Success: It's More How You Manage the Bad than How You Navigate the Good. You may have heard that you will need to work hard, build relationships, and show leadership potential. How do you do that? This panel will answer the tough questions for you, including:
- How to rebound from tough feedback
- How to balance life and work (especially in the first three years)
- How to know if you’re keeping pace or falling behind
- What successful lawyers do that keeps them focused

Expertise of five or more years in negotiation and preparation of purchase agreements, ground leases, building leases, development agreements, easements, declarations and use restrictions, and related transactional documents is required. Team player who can handle a fast-paced and diverse work load. Secondment will last for three months (with the possibility of extension for an additional three months if all parties agree) at the corporate headquarters located in Bentonville, Arkansas.
