  • Partner with clients, universities, and law schools to develop a diverse hiring pipeline.
  • Encourage the Firm’s diverse attorneys to apply for and participate in the LCLD programs.

Organizational Commitments

  • Continue to administer and promote the firm’s Diversity Fellowship.
  • Continue to meet the criteria for Mansfield Certification every year.
  • Continue to work with legal diversity organizations, like LCLD, and other partners to promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Continue to partner with clients to expand our DEI impact and reach.
  • Continue to support and encourage attorney involvement in DEI mentorship and sponsorship activity.
  • Continue to provide attorneys with creditable hours for eligible DEI activities.
