Tiffany R. Benjamin Profile Image

I have strong expertise in securities law and corporate governance, as well as extensive subject matter knowledge of government and internal investigations. I previously serviced as Lilly's anti-corruption counsel, U.S. export counsel, and lead counsel on the company's privileged internal investigations process. Prior to joining Lilly, I served as Senior Investigative Counsel for the Democratic Staff of the U.S. House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee, working on investigations into national matters including the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, the Wal-Mart Mexico bribery allegations, and the 2012 fungal meningtitis outbreak. Prior to that, I worked for the D.C. office of King and Spalding, handling white collar matters and government investigations.
