Jennifer Lee is a Partner at Fee, Smith, Sharp & Vitullo, LLP. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Tom Green County after graduation from Texas Tech University School of Law. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech as well. Jennifer has been honored as a Rising Star in Texas Monthly's Super Lawyer program.
Jennifer heads up the firm's clerkship program and served on the Dallas Association Young Lawyers' Board of Directors for many years. Jennifer is also active in her church, St. John's Episcopal Church Dallas and previously served as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Tom Green County and was on the Board of Directors of the Children's Advocacy Center of Tom Green County. Additionally, Jennifer and her husband have two young daughters and when she is not in the office, she can be found on a soccer field or at a dance recital.
Jennifer's practice areas include nonsubscriber, personal injury, and transportation litigation; construction liability and defects; premises liability; and employee benefit plan interpretation (ERISA).
