Fatima Wolff is Senior Director, Legal & Compliance, Latin America, with Boston Scientific Corporation (BSC). In this role, Fatima supervises legal and compliance matters in the Latin America Region (LatAm) which includes Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru, Mexico/Central America, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. Day-to-day, she provides strategic legal and business advice to BSC's LatAm operations. She is also responsible for implementing and sustaining BSC's global compliance program in LatAm and providing guidance and counsel on interactions with health care providers and compliance with BSC's policies and Code of Conduct, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, local anti-corruption/anti-bribery laws, industry codes, and applicable U.S. and non-U.S. laws and regulations.
Previously, Fatima served as Genreal Counsel with International Meal Company; Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at Norwegian Cruise Line; and Senior Counsel with Answerthink, Inc. (now known as The Hackett Group), in Miami, Florida. She also was a Senior Corporate Associate with the Warsaw, Poland office of White & Case and worked with the United Nations International Labor Office in Geneva, Switzerland, as a Legal Officer in the International Labor Standards Department. She started her career as a commercial litigation associate at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel, in New York City.
Fatima received her Bachelor's degree in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University, and her J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law. She is a member of the Florida and New York Bars.
