David Kim is a Partner at the law firm of FordHarrison LLP, a management side labor and employment firm with an exclusive focus on labor and employment law, litigation, business immigration, employee benefits and executive compensation, with over 200 employees in locations nationwide.
David focuses his practice on the representation of companies in all aspects of employment law, including defending employers in state and federal courts and before federal, state and local agencies. David also advises employers on various employment related issues in order to ensure legal and regulatory compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including employment discrimination laws, hiring, discipline and discharge, wage and hour, worker classification, and the implementation of personnel policies and procedures. David has been honored by New Jersey SuperLawyers as a Rising Star in the area of Labor & Employment Law.
David received his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006, where he served as Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review and was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board, and received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago in 2001.
