The Twelfth Annual LCLD Alumni Leadership Symposium will take place June 8-10, 2023, in Seattle, WA. Open to all attorneys who have completed the LCLD Fellows or Pathfinder Programs, the Symposium will offer educational sessions, career development opportunities, and engaging networking events.

*Symposium registration cost is inclusive of credit card fees and is nonrefundable.

To help remove barriers to attendance, the Alumni Executive Council has created the LCLD Alumni Symposium All In! Subsidy Fund to help cover the Symposium registration fee for alums facing financial constraints. To be considered for a subsidy award, click here to submit your application by Friday, March 31, 2023.

Accommodations must be reserved separately from event registration.
LCLD has secured a hotel block at the Hyatt Regency Seattle (808 Howell Street, Seattle, WA 98101). The special rate of $279 plus taxes per night will be available through May 17, 2023 (or until full), so be sure to book soon!

Keynote: Fireside Chat with Kim Anthony
Kim Anthony is the first African American woman to receive a gymnastics scholarship at UCLA, a UCLA and Virginia Sports Hall of Fame Inductee, a four-time U.S. National Champion, an international gold-medalist, a former ESPN sports commentator, and an author and international speaker.  She will discuss how she has succeeded in the face of Unfavorable Odds and how to make lasting connections.
Following the fireside chat, Kim will sell and sign her book.

How can I cultivate and manage my relationship with in-house/outside counsel? This panel of LCLD Alumni will feature pairs of in-house and outside counsel with ongoing working relationships, sharing their strategies and advice on how to cultivate, develop, and maintain a fruitful and meaningful relationship.

This new component to the 2023 Alumni Leadership Symposium includes small group networking based off of practice area. This two-hour event will include four 20-minute networking rotations with breaks in between.
