Registration & Hotel Reservations

Program Registration:

Please register each 1L Scholar here, by Friday, May 3, 2019.

Hotel Reservations:

Please complete all four steps below.

1. Book rooms for your Scholars at the Sheraton Atlanta. You can either book all the rooms at once, in which case please just put your name as the reservation name for now. Or you can book each room separately, in which case please include each Scholars' name. Please be sure to obtain a confirmation number(s) for step 2. LCLD's hotel reservation group rate is available through Thursday, May 23, 2019,* or until the room block is full—whichever comes first. Reservations made after May 23 or outside of the room block dates will be subject to the hotel’s availability and current market rate.

2. Please email Leigh Brodie for the link to submit the credit card authorization form securely online and include all confirmation numbers. Please review the authorization form as it is very detailed. There is also a notes section on the form for special circumstances. Once the form is submitted, Leigh will receive a notification, charge the card, and send you a receipt. You may only request a credit card authorization form once you have made a reservation online.

3. Important: When filling out the credit card authorization form, please make sure to put all of your Scholars' names on the form so the hotel will have the correct names on the reservations for check in.

4. Please provide your Scholars with the name and contact information of the person within your organization they can reach regarding their hotel reservation.

*Note: The Sheraton's reservation website currently indicates a cut-off date of May 14. Please note that the correct reservation cut-off date is Thursday, May 23, 2019.
