LCLD Pathfinder Alumni from the classes 2015-2018 are invited to attend the Third Annual Pathfinder Alumni Meeting Thursday June 20 through Saturday June 22, 2019. This event will be hosted at The Procter & Gamble Company's headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This session will introduce Legal Participatory Action Research ("Legal PAR"), a type of research that may be helpful to organizations in identifying and addressing issues of diversity. The research methods of Legal PAR offer methods to collect data on specific barriers to diversity that may exist in the workplace, as well as tools to engage stakeholders in generating potential solutions.
