Managing Partner, Wiggin and Dana LLP 

Timothy Diemand became Managing Partner of Wiggin and Dana in 2021 and is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. He is an active member of the legal community, serving as the President of the Connecticut Bar Foundation and past Co-Chair of the CBA’s Professionalism Committee. 

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Tim created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Tim's pledge here

Wiggin and Dana has a history of diversity; the firm was one of the first to sign the Connecticut Bar Association’s Pledge of Commitment to Best Practices for Gender Equity, is one of the initial signatories to The Connecticut Legal Community’s Diversity & Inclusion Pledge & Plan, and is a founding member of the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity. In 2021, Wiggin and Dana launched a strategic action plan to advance diversity, with the goal of placing the firm in the top 33 percent of peer law firms for diversity.
