Stephen Immelt became CEO of Hogan Lovells in 2014 after serving as Global Co-Head of the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice. Before joining the firm, he was Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland. As CEO, Stephen is passionate about leadership behavior and wants to see it exhibited at all levels of the firm. 

Hogan Lovells promotes diversity globally, nationally, and locally. The firm has a Women’s Initiative, affinity groups, mentoring programs, and retreats that promote diversity and inclusion. Hogan Lovells has consistently been rated a top law firm for women and received a Diversity and Inclusion Award for its global diversity plan.
