Scott MacCormack joined Davis Wright Tremaine in 2008, chaired the firm's Compensation Committee and energy practice, and became Managing Partner in 2021. He also serves on the firm's Diversity Executive Council, the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association, and the Management Committee of the Pocock Rowing Center. 

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Scott created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Scott's pledge here
