Chairman and Managing Partner, Fisher & Phillips LLP


Roger Quillen joined Fisher & Phillips in 1980 and became Chairman and Managing Partner in 1999. Under his leadership, the firm has tripled in size and is consistently recognized as a top labor and employment firm. Roger also serves on the boards of Midtown Alliance and Agnes Scott College.

Diversity efforts at Fisher & Phillips include a New Lawyer Survival Skills Program for diverse law students and associates, a women’s initiative and leadership council, and identifying diverse attorneys for succession planning. In 2017, Law360 named Fisher & Phillips one of the “Best Law Firms for Female Attorneys.”
