Chairman, Armstrong Teasdale LLP

Michael Chivell was elected Chairman of Armstrong Teasdale in 2016 after serving as the firm's Managing Partner and Chair of its Executive Committee. During his tenure as Managing Partner, Michael was involved in the firm's  Professional Advancement of Women program (now the Women's Inclusion Network), which focuses on creating a positive environment for women at the firm, as well as strengthening existing relationships with clients and prospects. Armstrong Teasdale also has a supplier diversity program through which it partners with minority-owned, women-owned, and LGBT-owned businesses. The firm has received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index several years in a row.
