Chair, Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP

Kathleen McDonough became Chair of Potter Anderson & Corroon’s Executive Committee in 2018, the first woman to lead a major Delaware law firm. She is also Founder and Head of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice, and spent many years as a mentor in the Federal Trial Practices Seminar instructing junior lawyers. 

Potter Anderson & Corroon’s diversity efforts include recruiting lawyers through minority job fairs, hosting receptions for minority students, and offering affinity groups like the Women’s Initiative.
