Matthew Keen has practiced labor and employment law at Ogletree Deakins since 1987. He has been recognized as a top lawyer by Chambers and North Carolina Legal Elite and serves on the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors. He was named Managing Shareholder in 2016, with a goal of focusing on recruiting, leadership, and strategic vision. Matthew also serves on the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee.
Ogletree Deakins partners with a variety of diversity organizations, and LCLD plays an important role in their activities. In 2015, the firm was ranked No. 1 for Black or African American lawyers on the American Lawyer Diversity Scorecard and received the Thomas L. Sager Award from the Minority Corporate Counsel Association.
