Anthony Shelley deals with litigation and regulatory issues relating to health and pension benefits. He also has a substantial pro bono practice, having been appointed by the D.C. Circuit more than a dozen times to represent prisoners and others on important constitutional issues and is a frequent speaker on the ERISA.

Miller & Chevalier's diversity initiatives include programs for high school and law students; a retreat to bridge understanding internally and between the firm and its clients; networking opportunities for minority lawyers; and a variety of affinity groups.
