Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner, Nixon Peabody LLP

Andrew Glincher joined Nixon Peabody's predecessor firm Peabody & Brown in 1987. In 2010, while Managing Partner of the firm's Boston office, he launched a diversity challenge that led to a 4 percent increase in minority partners. As CEO and Managing Partner, Andrew guided the firm through a rebranding, which included increased efforts to bridge generational gaps and create a more innovative firm.

Nixon Peabody has won many awards for diversity. The firm was named one of the top Illinois firms for inclusion of LGBT employees in 2015, received the Gold Standard Certification Award from the Women in Law Empowerment Forum, and was named an Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service by the San Francisco Bar Justice & Diversity Center.
