Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Freddie Mac

William McDavid has working in the banking and financial sector for more than 35 years. Before coming to Freddie Mac, he served as General Counsel for JP Morgan Chase, where he oversaw its merger with Bank One, in part making sure the companies' diversity programs were cohesive. 

Freddie Mac focuses on diversity through their Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee, employee resource groups, and a supplier diversity program. They have been recognized as a best place to work by Working Mother magazine, the Human Rights Campaign, and Hispanic Business magazine.
