Executive Vice President General Counsel and Secretary, Starbucks Coffee Company 

Rachel Gonzalez joined Starbucks in 2018 as General Counsel. She was previously at Sabre Corporation, where she led a global team responsible for human resources, legal strategy, and more. Rachel has also held similar roles at Dean Foods and Affiliated Computer Services, and was a Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. 

Starbucks has two diversity and inclusion councils, several partner networks, a supplier diversity program, and relationships with diversity-oriented organizations. They also received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index. Starbucks was named an LCLD Most Active Member Corporation in 2018.
