At a Learning Experience at Harley-Davidson’s headquarters, Paul Jones told Fellows, “You can’t sell motorcycles all over the world if you don’t have a diverse perspective.” Paul joined Harley in 2010 as part of an organizational overhaul, and has been a part of the company’s efforts to revitalize their workers.
