Norman Brothers joined UPS in 2000, where his experience has included litigation, business development, and international law. Before coming to UPS, Norman was in private practice, and also served as a military prosecutor. (His Army training included a stint in Airborne, parachuting out of airplanes.)
A founding Member of LCLD, UPS promotes diversity through programs like Women’s Leadership Development and Diversity Leadership Development. UPS also runs a leadership program that immerses executives in underserved communities, and it hires thousands of veterans each year. The UPS Foundation also donates millions of dollars to diversity-oriented organizations—a commitment for which the company has been honored many times.
UPS was named an LCLD Most Active Member Corporation in 2013 and 2015.
