Executive Vice President and General Counsel, MassMutual Financial Group

Since joining MassMutual in 2005, Mark Roellig has implemented many new programs and procedures, including a four-pronged approach to diversity that led to MassMutual's recognition as a top corporation for women and overall diversity. For these and other initiatives, Mark won the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Excellence in Corporate Practice Award in 2012.

Mass Mutual is a leader in LCLD’s Mentoring, Fellows, and 1L Scholars programs, and started its own 1L Diversity Clerkship Program, which offers paid experience to diverse, first-year law students. MassMutual was named an LCLD Most Active Member Corporation in 2013, 2015, and 2016.
