Former President, Strategy and Business Management, and Chief Legal Officer, HP Inc. 

Kim Rivera developed a passion for the law early in life, moving from Puerto Rico and Paraguay to attend law school in the United States. In 2015, she joined HP Inc. as Chief Legal Officer after several years in the same position with DaVita Health Care Partners. While at DaVita, Kim was one of just three Hispanic women serving as the top legal officer at a Fortune 500 company. She is also a former board member of the California Latino Community Foundation and speaks frequently about the importance of diversity for corporations and law firms.

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Kim created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Kim's pledge here

As of 2016, HP Inc. had the most diverse Board of Directors of any tech Fortune 50 company in America. HP has received perfect scores on the Disability Equality Index and Corporate Equality Index, and has been recognized as a top employer for African Americans, Hispanics, and women. HP was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2018 and 2019.
