Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, McDonald's Corporation

Jerry Krulewitch became General Counsel in 2017 after 15 years holding various leadership positions at McDonald's. He was previously a Partner at Winston & Strawn and an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Illinois. 

Seventy percent of McDonald’s employees are women or minorities. The company provides internal diversity training, mentoring, and employee business networks to foster a feeling of inclusion and encourage their employees to advance in their careers. 

McDonald’s was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2017 and 2019.
