Harvey Anderson joined HP in 2017 as Deputy General Counsel for the company’s Personal Systems and 3D Printing business units. He was named Chief Legal Officer in 2021, and continues to lead the legal team's diversity efforts, which include working to double the number of Black/African Americans in both executive and technical roles (for which he won Diversity Journal's 2021 Diversity Leader Award). Prior to joining HP, Harvey held senior legal roles at Mozilla, Seven Networks, and Medscape. 

As of 2016, HP Inc. had the most diverse Board of Directors of any tech Fortune 50 company in America. HP has received perfect scores on the Disability Equality Index and Corporate Equality Index, and has been recognized as a top employer for African Americans, Hispanics, and women. In 2022, HP was named an LCLD Top Performer for the fifth consecutive year.
