Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, USAA 

Deneen Donnley joined USAA in 2010 and became General Counsel in 2015. She previously spent 10 years as General Counsel at ING Direct. Deneen has been named one of the “Most Powerful Woman in Texas” and serves on the Board of Girls Inc. of San Antonio and the General Counsel Steering Committee of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Her personal commitment to diversity includes participation in the Alumnae Committee of DirectWomen, an organization that works to increase the representation of women on corporate boards.
