Global General Counsel, Bank of America Corporation

David Leitch joined Bank of America in 2016 as Global General Counsel. He was previously General Counsel of Ford Motor Company, where his department received several industry awards. David also has extensive experience in public service, including serving as Deputy White House Counsel to President George W. Bush and Chief Counsel to the Federal Aviation Administration. 

Bank of America's diversity initiatives include the Ally Program, an award-winning effort to support LGBT employees, and the Black Professional Group, which partners with a mentoring group called CARES. Bank of America has been rated a top company for women and Latinas and received top rankings on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index eight years in a row. 

Bank of America was an LCLD Most Active Member Corporation in 2017 and 2018.
