General Counsel, Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh

Dana Yealy joined the Federal Home Loan Banks in 1986 and now leads the legal and government relations functions of the Pittsburgh bank, in addition to the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion. Dana is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.

The Federal Home Loan Banks promote diversity through their primary areas of business focus: small business, affordable housing, and community of focus. In Pittsburgh, the bank has implemented a Rooney Rule to increase the diversity of its employees; it also has a supplier diversity program and encourages loan recipients to work with diverse suppliers. Federal Home Loan Banks was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2019.
