General Counsel, Pinterest

Christina Flores joined Pinterest in 2017 as General Counsel. She previously served as Vice President of Legal at Google, where she led legal teams focused on M&A, securities and corporate governance, real estate, compliance and legal operations. Earlier in her career, Christine was an attorney at the law firms of Proskauer Rose and Skadden Arps, where she advised public and private companies on a wide range of transactional matters.

In 2020, Pinterest announced that it had surpassed all of its diversity hiring goals for the year; 27% of new full-time engineers were women and 14% of new hires across the company were underrepresented minorities. The company also requires diverse slates for leadership roles, has a reverse mentoring program, and has accountability metrics for inclusion and diversity.
